The best examples of web2.0 in cultural heritage, art & culture
A Myspace or Hyves for your organization? Twitter in your museum? Flickr to extend your collection? 'Kom je ook?' showed you the most inspiring web2.0 examples.
A symposium for cultural heritage institutions, theatres and museums to get a bigger and more involved crowd.
'Kom je ook?' was a day with inspiring international experts, successful Dutch web2.0 cases and a competition. Mediamatic and Stichting DOEN encouraged participants to pitch their own new web2.0 ideas.
It was completely sold out with more than 260 participants, and according to the positive responses Kom Je Ook was a big succes. How 'bout next year!

Web2.0 in cultural heritage, art & culture
Web2.0 are interactive web applications that improve the communication, participation and cooperation with the audience. The use of web2.0 techniques (such as wiki's, blogs, Flickr, Facebook and many other tools) has a huge potential for the cultural heritage, art & cultural sector. But what are the smart ways to use these great possibilities? How do you reach a bigger and more diverse audience? And how do you involve these people?
During the symposium 'Kom je ook?' inspiring (inter-)national specialists showed the participants the best practices. They were inspired to think about web2.0 for their own organization.
DOEN Pitch
Mediamatic and the DOEN Foundation invited cultural organizations to pitch their own new web2.0 during the symposium. The best three plans would win a DOEN Clinic. This was a one day workshop, held later in the year. In one day the participants were guided by experts to develop their ideas into a project concept.
