I am a researcher and designer interested in technology to support storytelling and learning.
Before coming to the Netherlands and finding Mediamatic, I built online communities for different types of patients at PatientsLikeMe and examined how people used these communities to participate in health care. I studied design and psychology at the MIT Media Lab.
Currently I spend my free time tooling around on my bicycle, cooking up a storm, gardening on our outrageous roof deck, drawing, writing and editing, hosting friends, tasting surprisingly good chocolate and cheese and dreaming of the sun.
Now I am ready for it.
