Silent Investors

Dear resident of Amsterdam-Noord (From here on to be called ‘silent investor’),

I hereby involve you – should you be interested – in the new development of Amsterdam-Noord. From 10 september, I have reserved a share of land in your city. Supposing the land was a square meter, then your joint silent investment is about 0.0000020403% of Amsterdam-Noord. Therefore, every one of you is entitled to about 0.1156 cm² of land, which comes down to about ten grains of ground.
