The training is perfect for people working in communications, marketing, PR or editorial work and are looking to structurally use social media within their organization. It's also interesting for creatives and the self-employed. The training focusses on a strategic planning of communications. Participants are actively involved and there are high levels of interaction and participation, as they are given several test-cases and topics of discussion. The day is split up into four modules: organizational vision and social media strategy, platforms and goals, target audiences and lastly, tools, metrics and checklists. This results in a helpful step-by-step plan on how to deploy social media within your own organization. You'll know which platforms are most suited, according to your vision and target audience, and how to use these platforms as part of a long-term social media strategy.
