Your own jar of Willem Tafel Zuur

Over 200 kilo of miss-shaped radishes were given to us by Cornelissen Fresh Food. These radishes are normally thrown out because of their abnormal shape and size. We decided to save them an invited the visitors of Zuur to create their own jar of Willem Tafelzuur. The workshop and recipe was given by Lepelboom.
