Eating at the Screen Door is an experience that aims to maintain the connection between farm and plate and simultaneously presenting a revival of regional American cuisine.
Dinners might be ordered from two different menus, one of them offers a wide variety of local and organic ingredients (this menu changes often), and a second menu is a permanent selection of the Chef.
