Christel van Calsteren

as a professional designer i intent to work in a field as broad as possible. which means i am interested in all subjects that have to do with textile design and art, costume design and styling for acts, events, promotions, interior and film or commercial sets. over the years i have worked in a variety of different environments as a freelance designer. my latest project is developing a kids clothing line, since my little girl has inspired me to make cool kids clothing with a hint to safety garnments as seen in work wear.

as a person i enjoy art, music, books, magazines, food, cooking, water, red wine, coffee, yerba mate, yoga, swimming (in nature), cycling trough the city of amsterdam (and berlin), film, documentaries, dancing and playing with my little girl...
