Dear All,

I'm pleased to invite you to my solo exhibition PRIVATE SPACE at ArtUnit in Haarlem. The exhibition will run from April 4 to May 2, 2011 however does not have an official opening.

In PRIVATE SPACE I present a selection of recent work, whereby previous themes like safety, consumerism and national identity have been integrated into a new whole. In the both disturbing and seductive artworks, design and the need for security get together, nothing less than xenofobia and the love of neighbour are juxtaposed.

The window gallery's ArtUnit#1 and ArtUnit#2 are both near the Grand Place and are free to visit every day. ArtUnit#2 is open every Saturday for sales from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.
