Caused By nutrient deficiency, due to lack of nutrients in the medium / pH imbalance reducing availability for absorption by the roots / poor drainage preventing active absorption at the root / or damage causing reduction in absorptive root-area.
Consider a foliage feed and reducing the light intensity during recovery post diagnosis.
