For his week of Lightness, artist Rob Sweere built a new work called Drone 2.0. This gigantic installation is made of wood and its speakers will make the Mediamatic Fabriek shake. Mars F. Wellink will use the Drone and the voice of Rob Sweere as a starting point for his performance. Oguz Büyükberber and Tobias Klein have an almost scientific approach of sound. They zoom in on the very grains of sonic textures to explore microscopical structures by using extended techniques and very close miking.
