Abdul Vas has a non-ambiguous attitude fed by the liberated biographic function which far differs from the always deceitful resources of autobiography.Vas presents an illusory tale, allowing a total vindication of creativity as an intelligent act where there seems to be no intelligent life. The means Vas uses to make visible his concern about animal genocide as a mirror of the global human concentration park are the means of painting
itself. That is, he treats each painting as a person-character that is incorruptible,
awesome and moving at the same time.
Vas deals with all his worries and concerns as something visible: exclusion,
violence, nihilism of politics,AC/DC, Kippenland and violent organizations of
all sorts are treated as objects from astonishment. His disagreements with
reality release a disconcerting mildness from its terrible nature.That is what
makes Vas special, specific, capable of getting the real thing out of each fictitious
element.
Vas paintings carry within themselves the velocity experience and at the
same time they force a certain passivity stemming from the neurotic touch
that he compiles on each of his works, showing that each experience lives,
surviving, in its exhaustive details.
