The Middle East and Muslim worlds are in some countries resource rich, but in most all places creatively poor.

Some would blame education, hidebound traditions and unreformed religion. Others would contend that the level of economic and social development is too far behind other leading creative centers of the first world to get creative!

Everyone has a view, but not many people get to express their true sentiments down those parts. Time this all changed and we want to bring creative regeneration into this most important of regions and show that creativity is not the preserve of any single nation or region.

To do this, we need to knowledge transfer creativity into the region, to empower youth and esteem creatives. We need to admit our shortcomings and build on our strenghts, and we need the goodwill of the global creative community to achieve these goals.
