Frits Hoff

Frits Hoff (1960) is educational technologist and coördinator of the foundation OpenWijs.nl, specialised in the concept “One Laptop Per Child” and M-learning, mobile-learning.
Until January 1 2008, he was employed at the Open Universiteit Nederland (Open University of the Netherlands) as projectmanager e-learning.
Earlier he worked for a European network for distance education (EADTU, www.eadtu.nl ), an expertisecentre for Euregional ICT projects (EICT, eict.hszuyd.nl ) and a polytechnic (HHS www.hhs.nl ). The first 10 years of his working life he has been teacher of physics and IT at a secondary school (HML www.hml.nl ).
