Olivier Otten has been working as an independent multimedia designer since 1999. In 2003 during his studies at the Sandberg Institute (Amsterdam) he started working with online interactive video. He started the project 'Selfcontrolfreak' in 2008. Currently he is active within the collectives Holland-Interactive and Buro Duplex. He also teaches at Willem de Kooning Academy, Rotterdam (Crosslab department).
