Ome Ad
This week Ome Ad will be in charge of the cooking. Combining music and food, Ome Ad gives an exotic twist to whatever’s on the menu. After having recently cooked up a storm at pop palace Paradiso, he’ll be joining us in a more intimate setting for the second surprise dinner.
Grocery list
The dinner is free, but in return you’ll have to do a little cooking yourself. And most important: you need to bring at least one expired product from Ome Ad’s grocery list:
- Dried herbs
- Vegetables
- Chicken and/or giant prawns
- Couscous
- Potatoes
- Onions, garlick
- Tomato sauce
- Coconut and -milk
- Yoghurt
- Fruits of all kinds
- Something sweet

Over Datum Eetclub 2 takes place at Mediamatic BANK, Vijzelstraat 68. Doors open at 17:30 and we’ll start cooking at 18:00. Please RSVP on the website.
Over Datum Eetclub serves as an act of rebellion against wasting food, and is a wake-up call for all those who anxiously cling to expiration dates. Join us, and regain faith in your own judgement and senses.
