Luc has held various roles in Consulting, Product Development, and Business Operations.
He’s been in international programme & project management and team lead roles on an every day basis between 1998-2011.
Between 2002-2011 he covered Oracle’s Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region, working extensively in virtual teams.
Luc has worked in Oracle’s Knowledge Management team for 5 years in an EMEA role, looking at ways to enhance team and individual productivity.
He’s been promoting social media in Oracle EMEA between 2006 and 2011, initiating and leading EMEA-wide initiatives in his part of the business.
He is known for being a creative professional and excellent educator & workshop facilitator. Luc is capable of turning new ideas into tangible and valuable business initiatives rapidly.
He has hugely benefitted from countless training and professional development opportunities during his tenure at Oracle.
Luc has lived and worked in the United Kingdom between 2004-2011, in the United States in 1999, Saudi Arabia in 1997-1999, and in his home-country the Netherlands for the remainder of the time.
He holds a Masters degree in Information Management, awarded by the Faculty of Economics of the VU University Amsterdam in 1993.
Luc moved from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands in May 2011 and left Oracle to start-up Workplace Prosperity on 1 June 2011. He is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
