Affinity - differences between Daniel Defoe and me about the shipwreck of Mr. Crusoe is a series of passage. A group of works that trying to communicate timeand space. A passage that can lead the way of my conception of making art and at the same time it can be able to relate openly with the past. Affinity - differences between Daniel Defoe and me about the shipwreck of Mr. Crusoe as my latest production is a series full of literary and cultural references, ancient and modern public and private, intimate, that it is extracted from their original context and take a new meaning of reality. The works give to the viewer some reading lines that certainly can’t exhaust all the questions, both formal and semantic, in which play uninterrupted movement of my talk and represent. The monochrome placed before the explosions of color, is an extreme attempt to change the direction, to explain didactically what is and that doesn’t appear. This series is comparable to the three- dimensionality of its own content like an ambiguity or an oxymoron between signs and symbols.
