De-yong Zhu, born on April 16, 1960, is a well-known Taiwanese comic artist. After graduating from the World Journalism College's Film Directing program, he rose to fame with iconic works such as "Double Cannon" and "Bitter Girls". Zhu's comic narratives vividly depict modern gender dynamics and societal realities. His insightful commentary earned him the "Special Contribution Award" at the 7th Golden Comic Awards in 2016, recognized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of China.
