Wilfred Rubens

Wilfred Rubens (1964) currently works as a policy advisor at an institute for vocational education and training (ICT in education, educational development and innovation). Furthermore Wilfred provides keynotes, presentations, workshops and classes about technology enhanced learning. He is professionally involved in e-learning for more than 12 years. Since 2000 Wilfred Rubens has a website about technology enhanced learning. For more than 5 years he blogs about ICT and learning. Wilfred was editor of three e-learning specials. He has published several articles and papers. Wilfred is also one of the editors of the Dutch portal e-learning.nl. He uses Twitter (twitter.com/wrubens), Flickr, Skype, Delicious, Slideshare, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bloglines and other web 2.0-applications to share knowledge.
