We'll host 4 special dinners in our beautiful waterside greenhouse by food artist Thorwald Voss. Thorwald wil provide 30 small tastes, creating one delicious and festive dinner experience. This special dinner hosted at a wonderful location will give a totally different Christmas experience.

The dinners are hosted at the following dates: 24th, 26th, 31th of December and at the 1st of January.

Please note: Due to the large amount of tastes, we have to start early. Please make sure to be in time.

Vegetarian: almost alle tastes are vegetarian. We'll happily replace the 3 Meat/Fish containing tastes by something more appropriate if you wish.

Thorwald Voss

Food artist Thorwald Voss finds inspiration out of his experiences as a chef in restaurants all over the world. He combines different exotic ingredients and turns it into something special. Thorwald loves to put an interesting taste experience into a dutch (so called) bitterbal. At the moment, he is developing a cookbook "Louder then words" which will be published by Anoek Craanen at April 1st. In this book there will not be a single word written, every dish will be shown trough Photos.
