The third Over Datum Eetclub is a special night. Not only because Michelin star cook Pascal Jalhay is in charge of the cooking, or because Mediamatic’s all star Dushi Kimberley will bring her most Over Datum chicken to the table, but also because we’ll be fundraising for the Horn of Africa. Admission for this week’s dinner is a donation to Giro555.
Pascal Jalhay
Two Michelin stars in two years (unique in the Benelux) and masterchef in the cooks guild. Not a bad score for Pascal Jalhay who also wrote his own cookbook. This Over Datum Eetclub Pascal shows us the art of preserving and conserving food. Professional cooks Tony Draaisma and Fernando Postma will lend their assistance.
