During her research, Dr. Ekim Tan has developed City Gaming to an effective tool for multi-stakeholder management. Since then, City Games have facilitated projects in Cape Town, Amsterdam, Istanbul and Brussels, among others. And this is only the beginning.

Play Oosterwold is a behaviour simulation game built to test design and finance rules of a Do-It-Yourself MasterPlan in Almere, the Netherlands.
Book this game to experience how you would as a land owner, a speculating investor, a city government neighbouring Oosterwold, a designer, or a possible future inhabitant of Oosterwold activate a Do-It-Yourself plan performing on rules? How would you tackle critical subjects such as public infrastructure, private investments and green space? How would you organize your own local roads, energy production, water provision and sewage systems?
Play the City Games facilitate a way forward through building strategic partnerships. As a participant you take the role of a stakeholder, or simply animate your own interests. You pursue your own goals in the Game while taking into account conflicting interests of your co-players. The City Simulation Room offers real-life scenarios from the Netherlands, ensuring an insightful afternoon with tangible results.
