Park Mellat Cinema Complex

As cinema is considered to be one of the most popular forms of arts in Iran, the recently opened Park Mellat Cinema Complex, designed by the respected architect Reza Daneshmir, should not be avoided. Situated in the southwestern part of Park Mellat (Pârk-e Mellat), one of the largest recreation areas of Tehran at the foot of the Alborz mountains, it is not only one of the more impressive recent additions to the city, it also is Iran's biggest cinema complex. The complex contains four theatre halls with 280 seats, a cinematheque with 30 seats, and spaces for holding exhibitions.
