Twee kunstenaars die al een jaar kunnen putten uit hun ervaringen van een residency in Detroit ontmoeten twee kunstenaars die er net vandaan komen. Een unieke confrontatie die je bruisend van energie voor nieuwe plannen achter zal laten.
Tijdens de avond zie je work-in-progress, een vernieuwend publicatieproject, provocerende politieke presentaties en nog veel meer. Alles staat in het teken van de mogelijkheden die het programma in Detroit oplevert om voor lange tijd en op meerdere plaatsen zinnig in te zetten.
De vier kunstenaars nemen je mee door locatie:KANALENEILAND en geven inzicht in de mogelijkheden die ontstaan wanneer je ervaringen inzet in een nieuwe context.
Na al deze inzichten breekt het feest los onder de muzikale leiding van DJ Lonely en consorten.

Two artists that have been building on their experiences from a residency period in Detroit encounter two artists that have just returned from that same city. A unique confrontation that will leave you pumping with energy for new plans.
During the night you will see some work-in-progress, an innovative publication project, provoking political presentations and much more. Everything stems from the possibilities the Detroit program offers to be used for an extensive period and on multiple locations, in a constructive way.
The four artists take you along locatie:KANALENEILAND and open your eyes towards possibilities that come into existence when you apply your experiences to a new context.
After all these insights we'll get a party going on the tunes of DJ Lonely and friends.
