Lauren Mills
Lauren feeds famished Amsterdam on a daily basis. Her biodegradable lunch boxes are stuffed with seasonal vegetables, herbs, and spices, and a treat for the truly hungry. Together with ODE7’s dinner guests she’ll be preparing an evening buffet. Guests will get to pick and choose their favorite ingredients, and put together their very own dinner box.
Grocery list
Bring at least one product from Lauren’s grocery list and any other over datum items you find hidden away in your kitchen. Don’t be afraid to ask your local shopkeeper for over datum produce - from experience we can assure you they'll be more than willing to contribute.
- dried apricots/dates
- avocados, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, green beans, red peppers
- pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, pine nuts
- rice vinegar, soy sauce
- fresh cilantro or basil
- canned chickpeas, - black beans, - sweet corn

Over Datum Eetclub 7 takes place at Mediamatic BANK, Vijzelstraat 68, Amsterdam. Doors open at 17:30 and we'll start cooking at 18:00. Admission fee: €7,50. Please RSVP on the website.
