Lieven de Cauter

Cultural philosopher and writer Lieven de Cauter is co-compiler of the volume Art and Activism in the Age of Globalization. In both his life and work he is deeply involved in current social developments while taking a political stand. By (co-)founding the citizens’ initiative Brussels Tribunal – People vs. Total War Incorporated he opposes the US' military intervention in Iraq.
