Join us this Sunday for a day filled with the best fermentors, a delicious food market, cooking-battles, a sneak peak in our Myco Brewery, the beautiful terras of Mediamatic ETEN, cider and kimchi workshops and signing sessions with food authors: Christian Weij, Meneer Wateetons, Yvette van Boven and Lucas Jeffries.

Myco Brewery

Beer and a sustainable development go hand in hand in our Myco Brewery. Visit the Myco Team to learn more about the beer brewing process and how to grow mycelium (from the oyster mushroom). There will be different Test Beers available at the Myco-Bar.
