Many creative companies and artists are attracted by the atmosphere of the industrial yard and try to find new ways of using what it is left of the yard. Architect Trudy Hooykaas came up with the idea to place a new office building on top of the big platform. It is an inspiring example of re-using the former ship yard and its old buildings and infrastructure.
