During the gastronomical summit there were several workshops you could participate in. One of them was making "Knotweed Tempura & Stir-fry" with Hiroki Yasuda. Here he is finishing up the dishes by plating up the stir-fry for the knotweed tempura made by the participants, with our intern Sofianna in the background.
