Pascal van den Noort

Pascal J.W. van den Noort, (1950) has vast experience in creating and setting up (inter) national and global organizations, networks, projects, conferences and events. He actually is Executive Director of Velo Mondial & of Velo.Info / Spicycles.

He is Member of the Advisory Board of the World Carfree Network and serves on the board of the foundation:

‘In the footsteps of Mandela’. He is correspondent to World Streets and member of the International Advisory Council to The New Mobility Agenda. He now specializes in making information for sustainable mobility better available. Before setting up Velo Mondial he was the founding Executive Director of the Dutch Aids Foundation as well as of

the Global Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (GNP+).
