The Porto Alegre Pavilion, curator: Daniele Marx. Nov 14 - Jan 3 2009/10, in the Amsterdam Biennale at Mediamatic. Porto Alegre pavilion. In the pavilion of Daniele Marx and Marcos Sari 'Through a Hidden City', utopian ideas about the Brazilian city become deconstructed. With a series of postcards, 'prototypes' that are supposed to start a dialogue, and the prospect of placing the pavilion under the Azenha bridge after the Biennale is over, so the homeless people in Porto Alegre can use it to sleep in. Porto Alegre paviljoen. In het paviljoen van Daniele Marx en Marcos Sari 'Through a Hidden City' worden utopische ideeën over de Braziliaanse stad ontkracht. Met een serie ansichtkaarten, 'prototypes' die tot een dialoog moeten leiden en het vooruitzicht om het paviljoen na afloop van de Biennale onder de Azenha brug in Porto Alegre te plaatsen, als een woning voor de daklozen.
