In keeping with our fungal themes, even our bar is being infiltrated by mushrooms! In addition to shiitake mushrooms being used for stir-fries and soups, they also can be fermented into a delicious beer.
We got this beer especially for the Paddestoelen Paradijs exhibition from the Speciaalbierbrouwerij Oijen.
