Sander Nederveen is a brewmaster at Oedipus, a new Amsterdam brewery. Oedipus prefers to brew beer to fit each person's preferences, and for each moment of the day. Focus lies on tasteful, dry beers that don't contain much alcohol.

After a visit to a beer festival in Copenhagen Sander Nederveen and his friends decided to brew beer themselves. With names such as Mannenliefde, Dodo and Salty Dick, they aren't your typical beer brewers. They mix a variety of different ingredients with their beer. Because of that, they really do stand out from the crowd.
