In 2009 he started the company Pomme d'Or where he imports ciders from Normandy, because better ciders were not available in the Netherlands at that time.
The past years he sold more and more to restaurants and bars in Amsterdam and surroundings. Today he also imports from Brittany and the Spanish Basque country.
His main goal is to make people aware of the best ciders in the world.
