Hello dear Aquaponic people. The occurense of a dead fish by bacteria infection is maybe caused that they all flock together? The catfishes in the middle of the flock have a lot of contact with other fish so they are more vunerable to bacteria. Maybe try to shelter the basin from the led light 24 hours and see how they react, are they still flocked together?
