Denise Huigen, a 21 year old Dutch design student.
During the education Spatial Design at SintLucas in Boxtel Denise started her development as a designer. With her feeling for details, perseverance and structured work processes she graduated cum laude with the focus on product design.
With the desire to connect more personallity within her projects she continued her studies at the Design Academy in Eindhoven where she is exposed to a “learning by doing” study method.
The textile/cardboard elephant mask “Biba” is one of the finely detailed projects she worked on in her first year at the Academy. Now in her second year, she is focusing mainly on deepening the connection between her personal life and her work as a designer in which an intuitive way of working plays a major role.
