Before Justin was admitted to the Bar he worked as legal counsel in Amsterdam and New York for Gamegate.com (currently: Zylom). Mr Franssen founded the European Gaming and Entertainment Services Group, a multi-disciplined group within the international KPMG network. He later established a dedicated gaming betting and licensing practise group. Justin recently co-founded GAMINGLAW.EU, the European portal on gaming law and regulation.
mr Franssen currently works as an attorney at Van Mens & Wisselink attorneys-at-law in Amsterdam were he focuses entirely on the gaming and gambling market. Mr Franssen speaks at international gaming conferences regularly (EIG, VGF, IMGL, GIGSE, EGB) and publishes on the subject matter (Internet Gambling Report, Casino Lawyer, Gaming Law Review, World Online Gambling Law Report, I-Gamingbusiness, ISA-casinos).
Justin Franssen is the elected Dutch General Member of the International Masters of Gaming Law and a member of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys.
