His designs, as seen on the catwalk in recent years, have come in the form of customized headphones, little dresses, hoodies and skirts with musical prints, large white chains with vinyl records and cassette tapes, and complete men’s suits with Daryl’s famous logo print (an image of his head with the inseparable headphones). His most recent collection even featured little jackets and a dress made completely from brightly coloured Philips earplugs.
Van Wouw works out his designs in the finest details and is always game for a new creative surprise. The designer has his own shop on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam.
