Rush Hour started out operating from a student room, then moved to the basement of a salon, but quickly settled into its familiar spot in the Spuistraat. Rush Hour doesn't obey hypes, and has been releasing quality music since the turn of the millennium. New releases from local (Aardvarck, Kid Sublime, San Proper, Tom Trago) and international talent, as well as reissues of known and unknown gems (from for instance Rick Wilhite, Virgo and Mandré) have resulted into the well-known Rush Hour flavour.
