Before joining that organisation, I worked at Mediamatic. In two-and-a-half years, I did a lot of things:
I helped write a manual for Geheugen van Oost and had a lot of fun explaining how to use anymeta to the volunteers of Buurtonline.
I enjoyed working on events that have interactive installations like the ikCam and ikPoll. I was the project manager on developing the ikPoll and have been involved with every event that the ikPoll has been used in. For example Eurosonic Noorderslag, Liberty City at Museumplein on the 5th of May 2009, and all the Kom je ook-events.
I worked on INNL, the website of the National History Museum. This award winning website invites people to connect to the history of the Netherlands.
I started a evening course to become a tailor. In this very intensive course, I acquire skills to make my own clothes.
I like to do yoga, sing and bike, sometimes all at the same time. The bikes I ride are fixies, doortrappers in Dutch. I am spoiled with beautiful bikes to ride everywhere. I was very happy when Mediamatic dedicated a whole exhibition to these gorgeous bicycles.
When i felt patient last Christmas, i made this stop motion movie:
