Stop by Mediamatic and learn one of the home-cook Borsch recipes collected by designer Dasha Tsapenko. After all, borsch doesn't just have to be made of beets! The traditional sour soup is clear, sour and contains something cooked and something fried, otherwise all variations are possible.
