Bio:
Born in 1973. School and various studies in Vienna. Since the late 80'she has worked continuously in rendering cassette players, vinyls, cd'sand harddisks into instruments.Solo appearances as Dieb13, Dieb14, Takeshi Fumimoto, Bot, Echelon,Dieter Bohlen, etc.Collaborations with many famous musicians ;-)Distributed by Amoebic, Antifrost, Charhizma, Doc, Durian, Erstwhile,For4Ears, Grob, Hathut, Mego, OFR, pilot.fm, Rhiz, Staalplaat andTransacoustic Research.Music for theater- and videoproductions and installations.Dieter Kovacic is a conscientious copyright-objector and lives in ViennaFünfhaus.

Institut Fuer Feinmotorik (DE) - Turntable soundscape with 4 performers 8 turntables
Bio:
Institut fuer Feinmotorik (IFF) is an artists group working in different formats and media. Although, one main activity is accoustic-art / music. Amongst others, IFF is located in bad saeckingen and freiburg i.br. (both black-forrest/germany), zuerich (switzerland), cologne (germany).
IFF produces different outputs (photography, video, music, drawing, computer-programming, printed matters etc.), organizes artistic-/cultural events and is involved in publishing artistic goods such as music records, books etc. (see output)
IFF got some reputation for their acoustic work with a reductionist set-up: 8 turntables, 4 DJ mixers + end-mixer. This set-up is served by 1-5 persons. Everything (except records) which somehow fits between turntables and pick-up cartridges (household-rubberbands, paper-stickers, rubbergums, handicraft-tools + various tinker-trivias) will be played in our live-sets.

eRikm (FR) and dj sniff (JP/NL) - Turntable Duo
Bio:
Since 1992, eRikm has extended the field of artistic experimentation on the international scene. Quickly recognised as a virtuoso turntablist and sound artist (1996), eRikm has made a longlife habit of crossing all territories and « world-systems » deemed "independent", "institutional". He deals with sounds like living organisms, constantly in flux, always open to the risk of accident or delight/unisson. As he plays with all these contradictions in his improvisations, his performance reaches new heights of intensity, trading off both understanding and sensation, seriousness and farce, anticipation and instinct.
dj sniff believes in the instrumental autonomy of the turntable and the musicianship of the DJ. He explores new directions in turntable music through techniques in Hip-Hop turntablism and utilizing custom built software and hardware tools. He is currently the Artistic Director of STEIM, Amsterdam.

Stigingeoy and PussyKrew (IE) - Turntables, feedback and visuals
Bio:
Audiovisual performance which is the essence of anti-dj and anti-vj outrage against present counterculture which as self-obsessed has been sold out all the ideals belonged to prior countercultures, exchanging them to conformism, faux individuality, cultural capital. Uniting disturbing content with punk/hardcore energy on the stage, we want to provide you with unforgettable experience of some kind of emotional riot, which is aimed to evoke in you transgressive shock.
stigingeoy uses 3 turntables and no_input mixer and prepared vinyls with classical music to remind that today's youth has lost respect for cleverness and wisdom associated with being old through gathered knowledge and experience. Instead of it, today's counterculture sold out their souls to commodities which are more or less just flickering tools of all-embracing emptiness.
Drifting from Avant Pop at the same time having Video Art as a background PussyKrew is constantly moving into a Visual Field Recording, leaving behind what is now, a hell of recycled found footage. In opposition to the hedonistic club culture their footage is raw and not so eye candy as many would like.PussyKrew has just grown up, changed their approach to more social responsible. In world where resistance is not possible, while system tolerates everyone and everything, together with stigingeoy they try through emotional sabotage to make people uncomfortable with their lack of self consciousness and blind obedience.
