Every year the Ventoselane in Eindhoven is transformed into the decor of a cultural street festival: Via Ventosa. This is a festival for everyone between 0 and 100 years! Via Ventosa is about art, theatre, music, graphic design, film and food & drinks.

Over 40 artists will tickle your brain with their version of the theme 'dynamic city', in every possible way. Performances, 3D graffiti, free running, a dance with garage doors...

The theme this year is 'dynamic city' and you will notice the playful and active atmosphere at Via Ventosa. The decor is, of course, also inspired by the theme. The entire street (Ventoselane) will be wrapped in a scaffolding: an installation made of metal pipes and wooden beams, used to carry contruction workers. In that contruction, bars, the stage, even swings will be put.

Via Ventosa is about art, theatre, music, graphic design, film and food & drinks. The section ‘festivalish dinner places’ is represented at the Ventoselane the 5th of July. But also, Tamara Strijbos presents food in a entirely different way. She cooks molecular: implementing science in the preparation of food.

Tamara can be found in one of the gigantic shipping containers, which are spreaded all over the town centre of Eindhoven. The Via Via Container Route is the connection between the Ventoselane, the festival itself, and the town centre. Alongside this track, you will find all the shipping containers. Each of them is the location of a performance, expo, theatre and many more expressions of the theme.

The main acts are known for a while now. Roosbeef and choreographer Jelena Kostic will join Via Ventosa. But also photographer Boudewijn Bollmann, very known in the area of Eindhoven and three free runners will show you their talents. For those who want to know what free running is, words won´t do the job.

And this is just a tip of the iceberg. With the other 36 artists, the audience is sure to be brain tickled, entertained and most of all, given a relaxing and fun day.

Hope to see you the 5th of July!
