Onto the massive NDSM shipyard, the Kunststad (‘artcity’) arose: a diverse collection of ateliers, housing over 250 artists. Take a walk around the site and enjoy the organized chaos of printers, excavators, jungle plants, theatre costumes and murals. The shrill shipyard noises of the past have made way for the hollow echoes of the skate park at the other side of the yard.
