At Komposite, he consults on bizarre invention and design projects that assimilate new technologies. Previously, Pablos created thigh holsters for cell phones at Tsaya; helped build the world’s smallest PC at OQO; spaceships at Blue Origin; and AI agent systems at Xigo. He is a member of The Shmoo Group of information security professionals, and helped create the Hackerbot, a WiFi-seeking robot.

A note about hacking the Picnic site:
On stage at Picnic, I showed some profiles on the Picnic site that I had modified to show "Pablos is My Hero." This was an incredibly simple hack - the speakers had all been given the same password on the site. I merely logged into accounts of a few other speakers (who are friends of mine) and edited their profiles. I haven't looked for any security problems with the Picnic site, or Mediamatic's AnyMeta software that it uses. They seem to have done a great job building a fun site for us all to use!
