Dear Friends,
I'd like to invite you to the opening night of "Los Angeles Mapping Project" - my exhibition at We Are Void Gallery Amsterdam. Earlier this year I did a research project with students of the Windward School in Los Angeles California, the results will be exhibited for the very first time in my home town. Come along and see the full size artwork, with plenty of photography, maps and different drawings that I made during my residency at Windward School, which was made possible by a grant from the Weisman Art Foundation and is part of Project Piertopolis.
Doors open at 6pm on Friday May 31st at We Are Void Gallery, Ferdinand Bolstraat 1, Amsterdam. Everyone is welcome; friends, friends of friends, artists, art lovers, gallerists, curators, collectors, art critics and press. It will be awesome to see you all and have a nice evening at We Are Void.
The show runs from 31st may to 12th June, so even if you can't make to the big opening night, there's still time to visit and see the work in the gallery. As soon as the exhibition is open I'll be in the studio preparing a gift print to the first 20 guests and writing all those letters of thanks!
