PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT
The project will be presented in two ways. First there will be a pile
of televisions showing all the different media at one time to
show the Babylonic feeling of how news is presented in all
different ways. Secondly there will be tv sets scattered on the side
of the room where people can watch all footage and really can
see and listen to the different opinions about the same situation.
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR“TV REALITY”
- (Turkish speaking) news-editors to gather the images
- Footage of the key-moments of the protests in Turkey from mainstream and independent Turkish and International channels
- 16 old television sets
- 16 dvd players or old computers to play the audio-visual streams
- DVD's
- Imac or laptop for editing (is it possible to use one from Mediamatic?)
