Every Monday, Troost offers solace. While enjoying the meal of the day, you can listen to short readings. Costs are €5.- (excl. membership). The November program, themed "The Making of Americans", was curated by Versal, the international literary & arts journal out of Amsterdam. This edition, Eleanor Paynter, an American poet, satisfied your literary needs. She took us to Louisiana, Molise and Afghanistan through poems connected to the idea that where we are depends on how we say it.
