Together they will also perform tracks of Sana Bob's fifth album Notre Temps. In this album he tells us the story of African people with the greatest critical realism and depicts the responsibility of the African governments regarding the issue of poverty.
Sana Bob sings for the voicelessness via traditional rythms, African sounds and reggae arrangements. His growing popularity led him to create a program of free school supplies in Burkina Faso
Sana Bob
Sana Bob was born in the small village Lyliala in Burkina Faso. Under the influence of his adoptive mother Léontine Ado Goro, a gifted singer herself, he started his singing career. He made his first album Gloire in 1997. In 2002 he studied voice techniques and solfège à l'INAFAC. Nowadays he is well known in Burkina and he is travelling through West Africa and Europe (France and Belgium).
Mamadou Dao
Kora and rudga musician Mamadou Dao started his career in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) in 1982 with Super Mande. In 2002 he moved to Burkina Faso at the invitation of singer Alif Naba. There he got inspired by the music of Sana Bob. And till now they regularly work together.
