The process is simple:
1. Buy some plants, potting soil and plastic cups
2. "Plant" the shrubs of your choice into the plastic cups
3. Using a long hook, place these plants atop the poles that hold up your everyday street signs.
This was done all over Budapest to bring more beauty and green to the city!
